Two decades of experience with expertise in retail, industrial, and office product types. Jessica has spent the bulk of her career focused on the Net Leased Investment category; from leasing to dispositions.
Having worked with and on the behalf of private equity firms, institutional landlords, and sub-institutional ownerships, Jessica brings unmatched depth of expertise in leasing and positioning properties for their highest value through lease structuring and repositioning of assets. With an eye for design, Jessica is able to identify areas of improvement that allow for higher returns in the P&L . Additionally, she has been involved in ground up, planning, design, and leasing of projects totaling more than a quarter million square feet.
Jessica’s background includes extensive municipality coordination (including entitlements and conditional use permitting), P&L evaluation, design and construction project management.
Jessica is a San Francisco Bay Area native.

An Industrial and Logistics facility expert, Sean’s impressive transaction history includes the largest deals in Northern California and beyond.
Sean utilizes his depth of institutional industrial market knowledge to identify tenants, optimal deal structure, and competitor insight to deliver results.
With a finger on the pulse, Sean leads industrial acquisitions and dispositions. His recent body of transactions include 7-acre ground lease in the clean air and clean energy sectors, national tenant representation assignments, and multitude of landlord representation for both sale and lease.
Sean is a graduate of Dartmouth College and originally hails from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
